All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner. This allows us to offer a wide range of artwork and apparel while maintaining high-quality standards.
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days.
Please note that production times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

Wilayah Studio currently ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries within the European Union. Shipping availability will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Wilayah Studio is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges incurred upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned, any refund issued may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs charges, or other fees incurred.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Wilayah Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay applicable customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
