All products sold by Wilayah Studio are made to order specifically for each customer.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Accidental orders

Preference changes after purchase

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
